The project Cluj Resilience Tracker (CRT) documents how non-profit organisations, the academia, the business community and local public authorities have responded to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to identify the medium-term changes that our community needs.

Following the end of the state of emergency in Romania and after easing the social distancing measures, the CRT team will hold, together with the decision-makers and the key players in our community, public working sessions in order to operationalise the lessons we’ve learned. Following these public sessions, the CRT team will offer support to the organisations that will help us monitor, in the coming years, the implementation of the commitments that we will assume, both individually and collectively, after the COVID-19 pandemic episode.

• Step 1: the CRT team will hold phone/online interviews with the organisations in Cluj-Napoca that took emergency measures in regards to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Step 2: CRT results will be published on a weekly basis and will be shared through the social media accounts of the Cluj Cultural Centre, the Interdisciplinary Centre for Data Science and of other partners who will join this initiative.

• Step 3: following the end of the state of emergency in Romania and after easing the social distancing measures, the CRT team will publish the lessons learned by the local organisations during the crisis.

• Step 4: the CRT team will hold, together with the decision-makers and the key players in our community, public working sessions in order to operationalise the lessons learned. Also, the sessions aim to identify what type of support organisations would need in order to drive accountability and awareness on the measures to be improved/services to be scaled/replicated for the next few years.

1.       We can bring recommendations as to what needs to be improved.
2.       We can identify the actors who will be the most interested in providing support, in the medium term, with regard to the pressure and awareness on the measures to be improved.
3.       We can identify the fields where several actors were involved and the services to be scaled/replicated.
4.       We will identify the support that organisations need in the medium term in order to drive accountability and awareness on the measures to be improved/services to be scaled/replicated for the next few years.
5.       We can hold three public sessions on the topics mentioned above for the operationalisation of the lessons learned, together with the decision-makers and the key stakeholders in our community.
